well, you may not know it..until now, but Huntington Beach resident, CHRISTY PLATT, was part of the team that took home first place in the TLC "Ultimate Cake Off." Her talents are now being adopted by the April 25th Taste of HB, as CHRISTY and her HB business, SIMPLY LAYERED, will create the cake that will celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Taste.
CHRISTY produces cakes for weddings, special events and well, for national television shows!
