A Little brief background...Ruby Palace, 30-years making fans in Huntington Beach; 2009 Legacy Award recipient from the Chamber, recognized for their annual Chinese Noodle-Making ceremony around Chinese New Year. Well, that was last weekend. In fact it fell on Valentine's Day, Feb 14. That was huge for the Chinese veteran on Beach Blvd. (18330 Beach). So, their annual noodle demo (and if you haven't seen it, it's like magic!) will take place tomorrow, Friday, Feb 19 and Saturday, Feb 20 at around 6:15.
This year, Ruby Palace is donating all Egg Roll sales to Colette's Children's Home. Here are some pics...
