Here's something...two different businesses, same center at Goldenwest & Warner. First the WhataLotta Pizza banner went up with a thank you, albeit WALA-STYLE. A few weeks later, ROSS..as a customer exits, taped onto the windows it reads "Thank You."
At WALA customers actually receive a "ThanksAlotta" upon leaving. So, thank you is in? Shouldn't it always be an important part of the customer experience? CITI Bank has "Thank You" reward points...who else is doin' the Thank You? COOL wants to know.
