November 19th saw the latest promo from Fred's Mexican Cafe, as HB Council members Gil Coerper and Joe Carchio, along with former Chamber Chairman Mike Grunmet, joined HB local Chris Cronan as the winner of a free Mexican dinner -- for an entire year (that's one a day for a year, if he wants!). Fred's GM, Stephanie Inbody stressed that during these more difficult times, the community of Surf City has made Fred's even more of a favorite...so, it's a good idea to "give back to the community."
Fred's is very promotional minded, with Tara Kirby as their promotions person, Stephanie can look on the calendar and see different events and promos going on all year...Fred's was one of the few businesses that conducted an individual Centennial promotion for 2009, where 100 dinners were given away in a contest. There have been others. One of their annual events is the popular fundraiser for the fire fighters atop the local appreciation night...Very Cool!
