7148 Edinger (across from GWC) is once again the home of Sunny's. This time, however, we are looking at a new format from Andy who still operates the Sunny's on Beach Blvd (Newland Center), but manages to juggle both. This new concept, "Sunny's Waffle House" provides breakfast and lunch only and shuts down at 3pm. From the Cotton Creek to Huff's, this location has seen many a patron, but it's been Sunny's that holds the award for longevity and inventiveness over the last 20 years. Sunny's knows the value of staying out in front with print and has been one of the first to try Cable TV back in the day.
